The recipes entered in these pages will be made instantaneously available to internet users and to users of Shop'NCook software through the Direct Access function.

Before inputting recipes, we would like you to take the time to read the following guidelines concerning copyright:
Although individual recipes cannot be usually copyrighted unless they are accompanied by substantial literary expression, collections of recipes are. It is usually alright to take a few recipes from a collection (mentioning the source may be appreciated). However, do not copy whole collections of recipes or cookbooks and upload them to our database, unless you are the author. This would be a violation of copyright.

By submitting your recipes to The Recipe Database, you are representing to Rufenacht Innovative that to the best of your knowledge the collection and recipe instructions are not copyrighted, or that you have the permission of the copyright owner to send it to us for redistribution. You understand that the recipes will be made available to our users to consult or download.
