    2  pork tenderloins
    1 tsp.  onion powder
    1 tsp.  grind pepper
    2 tsp.  parsley flakes
    1 tsp.  granulated garlic
    1 tsp.  ground cumin
    1 tsp.  chili powder
    4 Tbsp.  orange juice

Mix spices and orange juice in a small bowl, forming a paste. Lay 2 pork tenderloins on aluminum foil and rub with the paste. Enclose meat with foil and place in baking pan. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. After meat is done, pour juices into a mixing bowl. Cut tenderloin into 1/2" thick slices. Moisten tenderloin with a spoonful of pan juices and accompany with mesquite potatoes.
