| 2 | 6 inch corn tortillas |
| 1/4 cup | black beans |
| 3 oz | grated low fat monterey jack cheese |
| 1 tbs | light sour cream |
Instructions:
Spray skillet with cooking spray, layer 1 tortilla, black beans, cheese and other tortilla, cook over medium until cheese is melted. top with the light sour cream.
