CUCUMBER and RADISH SOUP

| 1 1/4 cups | trimmed radishes, quartered |
| 2 cups | seedless cucumber, peeled and chopped |
| 2 cups | kefir, well-shaken, chilled |
| 2 cloves | garlic |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
| 1-2 tablespoons | lime juice |
| ¼ teaspoon | agave |
| optional | purified water, if soup is too thick |
Purée all ingredients in a blender until very smooth. Serve immediately.
Garnish with herb pesto
