| 2 cups | multi-grain oats |
| 1/2 cup | pumpkin seeds |
| 1/4 cup | hemp seeds, ground |
| 1/4 cup | flax seeds, ground |
| 1/4 cup | sesame seeds |
| 1 tbl | coconut oil |
| 1 tbl | sesame oil |
| 1/2 cup | coconut, dried |
| 1/2 cup | brown rice syrup |
| 1/2 cup | maple syrup |
| 1/4 cup | currants, dried |
| 1/4 cup | apricots chopped, dried |
| 1/4 cup | cranberries, dried |
| pinch | sea salt |
Pre-heat oven to 200°.
Toast kasha on low heat until it begins to turn golden, about 10 minutes. Add the oats and continue to toast another 10 minutes. Add the seeds and toast another 10 minutes. Add oil, coat and toast another 10 minutes. Add syrup and toast another 10 minutes. Add dried fruit and salt, mix well. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake for an hour or so.
