    1 cup  kasha
    2 cups  multi-grain oats
    1/2 cup  pumpkin seeds
    1/4 cup  hemp seeds, ground
    1/4 cup  flax seeds, ground
    1/4 cup  sesame seeds
    1 tbl  coconut oil
    1 tbl  sesame oil
    1/2 cup  coconut, dried
    1/2 cup  brown rice syrup
    1/2 cup  maple syrup
    1/4 cup  currants, dried
    1/4 cup  apricots chopped, dried
    1/4 cup  cranberries, dried
    pinch  sea salt

Pre-heat oven to 200°.

Toast kasha on low heat until it begins to turn golden, about 10 minutes. Add the oats and continue to toast another 10 minutes. Add the seeds and toast another 10 minutes. Add oil, coat and toast another 10 minutes. Add syrup and toast another 10 minutes. Add dried fruit and salt, mix well. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake for an hour or so.
