Creamy Champagne Sauce

| 3 Tbsp. | light mayonnaise |
| 2 Tbsp. | dry sparkling wine or dry white wine |
| 1 Tbsp. | light sour cream |
| 1 tsp. | Dijon mustard |
| 1 tsp. | grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1/2 tsp. | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 dash | Tabasco sauce |
| Kosher salt and pepper to taste | |
| 1 tsp. | chopped fresh chives |
Whisk together mayonnaise, sparkling wine, sour cream, mustard, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Heat sauce in microwave until warm, about 20 seconds. Stir in chives. Serve sauce on Oven-Steamed Salmon.
