Pecan-Crusted Salmon

| 4 | salmon fillets, (about 6 oz. each) |
| 2 c. | milk |
| 1 c. | finely chopped pecans |
| 1/2 c. | flour |
| 1/4 c. | brown sugar, packed |
| 2 tsp. | seasoned salt |
| 2 tsp. | pepper |
| 3 Tb. | oil |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place fillets in large resealable bag; add milk. Let stand 10 minutes; drain. In shallow bowl, combine pecans, flour, brown sugar, seasoned salt and pepper. Coat fillets with pecan mixture, gently pressing into fish. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil and brown salmon. Transfer to baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
